I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone at Cliffs Auto-South, formerly No Limit Auto. I brought my daughter’s car in to have the air conditioning repaired, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did a great job fixing the A/C, but what meant even more to us was that they had her car finished a full day earlier than we were originally told. When you’re running a trucking company, life can get pretty hectic, and there are plenty of days when things don’t go the way you planned. So when something actually works out better than expected, you really appreciate it. Getting my daughter’s car back a day early made both of our days a whole lot better. As a father, there’s something special about knowing your child’s vehicle is being taken care of by people who take pride in what they do. They didn’t just fix the car — they helped take one more worry off my plate. The work was great, the service was great, and getting it done ahead of schedule was the icing on the cake. Thank you, Cliffs Auto-South, for taking care of my daughter and her car. We truly appreciate you guys, and I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a shop that does

I had a great experience at Cliff’s. I showed up with no appointment on a busy Friday and they were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

This was my first experience with this shop. I brought my truck in for three things: an oil change, a state inspection, and a windshield washer fluid hose repair. All three items were completed, so this isn't a review claiming that nothing was done. My concern is with the quality of the service and the follow-up afterward. During the inspection, I was told my truck needed a new engine air filter. The problem is that I had recently installed a high-quality reusable K&N filter. That recommendation immediately made me question how carefully it had actually been inspected. During the oil change, I noticed I was being charged several dollars more per quart of oil than the nearby auto parts store charged. To their credit, after I questioned it, they adjusted the bill. However, I shouldn't have had to catch that myself. In addition, when I left the shop, the "Check Oil" maintenance reminder had not been reset. My biggest concern involved the windshield washer hose repair. I was originally charged a diagnostic fee for what turned out to be a straightforward repair. After I questioned it, the charge wasn't removed—it was simply reclassified as labor. Before leaving, I asked exactly what

This is an honest review. I found No Limit Auto out of frustration. I was blatantly ignored by Hampton Toyota and Nissan. I called other shops and everyone was booked. Upon entering No Limit Auto I was warmly welcomed. I felt at home. The place smells amazing. I was able to leave the car. I was given a window but I was surprised how fast my car was done by 12 pm the next day. The next surprise was how professional and up-to-date with technology this place is. I could be on vacation thousands of miles away and I am able to see detailed pictures and videos with corresponding part names and even links with further explanations. Actually the diagnostic sheet is much better than most medical ones, I just love how it was well organized and available online as well as on a printout. This method really improves customer care which is at an all time low in the area. No Limit Auto is winning at this. I highly recommend them simply because they're a small shop but meticulous and my car was clean the same way I brought it in.

I took my Camry in for front wheel alignment. I dropped off my car after hours and got a call about some services the car needed. Some required immediate attention and some for the near future. They text me a list along with pictures so I could see what was wrong. That brought me a sense of trust. I’ll be back for the recommended repairs and future ones as well!
